External Tire Pressure Sensor (Transmitter)

Description

External tire pressure sensor is installed in the car hub and automatically monitors tire pressure, temperature, and battery level. The built-in sensor and the external sensor are installed in different positions, but because the external sensor is directly installed on the gas mouth, the accuracy of the tire pressure measurement will not be affected. In the measurement of tire temperature, the external sensor will have an error of 1-2 degrees compared with the built-in one.

The external tire pressure sensor uses a wireless transmitter to send pressure information from the outside of the tire to the central receiver module, and then displays the pressure data of each tire. When the tire pressure is too low or the air leaks, the system will automatically alarm. The transmitter system consists of the following parts: electronic part (including tire pressure module, crystal oscillator, antenna, RF module, low-frequency module, battery) and structural part (shell, strap).

    Description

    Tire pressure module
Tire pressure module: In the transmitter system, the tire pressure module is a highly integrated module that inherits the MCU, pressure sensor, and temperature sensor. By embedding firmware into the MCU, pressure, temperature, and acceleration data can be collected and processed accordingly, and sent out through the RF module.
Crystal oscillator: The crystal oscillator provides an external clock for the MCU, and by configuring the MCU register, parameters such as the center frequency and baud rate of the RF signal sent by the transmitter can be determined.
Antenna: The antenna can send out data transmitted by the MCU.
Radio frequency module: Data was taken from the tire pressure module and sent via 433.92MHZFSK radio frequency.
Low frequency antenna: Low frequency antenna can respond to low frequency signals and transmit them to MCU.
Battery: Powers the MCU. The battery power has a great impact on the service life of the transmitter.
PCB: Fixed components and provide reliable electrical connections.
Shell: Isolates internal electronic components from water, dust, static electricity, etc., while also preventing direct mechanical impact on internal components.
