Description

We are pleased to introduce our product in tire pressure monitoring – the external tire pressure sensor mounted on the car’s wheel hub. This sensor automatically monitors tire pressure, temperature and battery charge to ensure optimal performance and road safety.

The transmitter system consists of the following components:Electronic Part (including tire pressure module, crystal oscillator, antenna, RF module, low-frequency module, battery) and Architecture Part (shell, strap).

    Description

    Tire pressure module
    Tire pressure module: Tire pressure module: This is a highly integrated tire pressure sensor module that inherits the microcontroller unit (MCU), pressure sensor, and temperature sensor. By embedding firmware into the MCU, it can collect pressure, temperature, and acceleration data, and process and send them through the RF module.
    Crystal oscillator: The crystal oscillator provides an external clock for the MCU, and by configuring the MCU's registers, the center frequency and baud rate parameters of the RF signal sent by the transmitter can be determined.
    Antenna: The antenna is capable of transmitting data from the MCU.
    Radio frequency module: Data was taken from the tire pressure module and sent via 433.92MHZFSK radio frequency.
    Low frequency antenna: The low-frequency antenna responds to low-frequency signals and transmits them to the MCU.
    Battery: The battery level has a significant impact on the lifespan of the transmitter when supplying power to the MCU.
    PCB: Fixed components and provide reliable electrical connections.
    Shell: It isolates internal electronic components from water, dust, static electricity, etc., and at the same time prevents internal components from direct mechanical impact.
